Swap Meet & Greet

We had so much fun at our first community event last Sunday! The Swap Meet and Greet was the perfect place to swap items from household gadgets to games to clothing and crafts! But the best part of the day was swapping stories.

It may have been very HOT, but it was cool getting to know each other and learn about what brings us all to timebanking.

We had 31 people come through during the day - from set up to take down, time bank members were involved in swapping items, sharing information, gathering new folks from around the park, and building the best network of neighbors Salt Lake County could ask for.

We feel so honored to have built the relationships we did on Sunday and can't wait to continue sharing our time, energy, and skills with each other over the coming months. Community building takes time and I am so glad that we were able to share that time together this past weekend.
